Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Native Spanish Speaker

We are looking for a native Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand in Spain and Latin American markets. This is a mid-level role for someone who has proven experience in B2B prospecting, ideally with exposure to enterprise accounts.

At Hubtype, we help enterprises transform customer experience through messaging channels —such as WhatsApp, chatbots, and conversational automation — with a strong focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction. As an SDR, you will be responsible for opening conversations with decision-makers in industries like banking, insurance, airlines, and e-commerce, where customer experience and contact centre performance are critical.

Your main focus will be booking qualified meetings and creating new opportunities. To succeed, you will need to understand (or be eager to learn) how contact centres and CX operations work, and how Hubtype can deliver business value in these environments.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company, work closely with experienced sales leaders, and gain exposure to the full sales cycle —from prospecting to influencing pipeline progression. As part of the process, candidates will participate in a practical role play to demonstrate their ability to articulate Hubtype's value proposition and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by engaging decision-makers through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other creative outreach strategies.
  • Identify and qualify prospects that fit Hubtype's deal customer profile (ICPs), with a focus on mid-market and enterprise accounts in industries with large customer service operations.
  • Book and manage discovery meetings, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Executives and contributing to pipeline health.
  • Clearly articulate Hubtype's value proposition around CX, messaging channels, automation, and contact centre efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities, contacts, and results in our CRM.
  • Consistently meet and exceed pipeline and meeting booking targets.
  • Tailor outreach and messaging by vertical (e.g., banks, airlines, e-commerce, insurance) to maximise engagement and response rates.
  • Provide structured feedback from the market to Marketing and Sales to continuously improve targeting and positioning.
