Manager Sales Support - Reading, PA

Monitor overall daily and monthly reports related to the Sales Structure and related performance reporting. Review terms and conditions, aid in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contracts. Administer the sales commission plan.

Work with group Legal department to structure and negotiate terms and conditions that comply with Hubbell guidelines for all H&H US. Collaborate with internal sales team on terms and conditions. Work with internal sales team to help structure and negotiate milestones and LC's. Work with systems engineering to monitor custom product development. Work with technical sales support as necessary for proposal support. Manage commissions including monthly processing, routine maintenance & policy and procedures, including distributors and rep agreements, customer incentive agreements, and sales team incentive plans. Collaborate with leadership on sales trends & BO Report Generation as needed by Brand Development GM and others. Maintain and distribute monthly sales reporting packages for H&H and assist with Forecast Decks. Compile and review monthly sales and use tax files that are used to complete monthly, quarterly and annual state returns. Support Sales, Marketing, Project Management & Customer Service. Other duties as assigned.

BA/BS in Business Administration preferred. Contract Administration Experience. Extensive SAP Knowledge. Paralegal Experience Helpful. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Must have strong Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills. Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
