Job Overview
The Field Service Technician provides after sales support for Hipotronics equipment while promoting and growing our service business. This will include remote assistance as well as occasional onsite installation, maintenance, repair and training of Hipotronics high voltage test systems. This position will also require assisting with testing and in-house repair and calibration in our Reading, PA factory.

What will help you thrive in this role?
2 year degree in technical field in electrical/electronic technology with 3-4 years experience with testing, troubleshooting, and calibrating analog and digital control metering circuits or BSEE with 1-2 years of experience. Must be able to read schematics, be proficient in hand held tools and test instruments. Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Experience interfacing with customers. Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization capability. Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of internal and external customers. The ability to work with no height restrictions. Ability to travel US domestic 25-35%
