As a Campaign Marketer, you will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that position HSO as a thought leader, increase brand awareness, and generate demand. You'll manage the full process: strategy, design, execution, monitoring, and reporting, aligned with the marketing plan and target industries.

Plan & Execute Campaigns - Translate the marketing plan into executable campaign roadmaps. Manage end-to-end execution, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact - Design and execute programs that drive leads, opportunities, and influence revenue. Build targeted messaging and offers that drive funnel progression and highlight high-intent prospects for Sales.
Content & Assets - Create or coordinate content and campaign assets such as case studies, thought leadership, emails, landing pages, paid/organic social posts, and sales enablement, ensuring alignment with HSO's brand and voice.
Events & Activations - Invent, organize, and orchestrate physical events, independently or in collaboration with stakeholders such as Microsoft, customers, and other partners.
Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, and internal teams across Marketing, Sales, and Delivery.
Systems, Data & Process - Use systems such as Notion, Canva, Umbraco, Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing and Power BI to monitor campaign performance against objectives.
Governance & Administration - Own campaign financial planning and budget monitoring, ensuring accurate administration and documentation.
