Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our growing SDR/BDR team across EMEA. This is a high-impact role in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment, focused on building and optimizing outbound prospecting strategies that generate qualified pipeline for our Account Executives.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you'll lead a team that thrives on cold outreach, data-driven performance, and disciplined execution—while also maximizing inbound and marketing-generated opportunities. You'll be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, refining processes, and driving measurable pipeline growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading SaaS company and play a pivotal role in scaling demand generation and sales success across the EMEA region.

Location: Candidate must actively reside in UK.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Develop the Team: Recruit, mentor, and coach SDRs/BDRs, setting clear goals and creating a culture of accountability, growth, and career progression.
  • Manage Performance: Own team quotas for qualified meetings, track conversion rates, and run regular reviews to ensure both quality and quantity of pipeline delivery.
  • Drive Outbound Excellence: Design and refine multi-channel outbound strategies—cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events follow-up—that consistently generate new opportunities.
  • Optimize Processes: Build and refine SDR playbooks, sales scripts, and outreach cadences; leverage data to continuously improve conversion and efficiency.
  • Lead Allocation & Coordination: Oversee inbound lead routing, ensuring territories and partners are aligned, leads are followed up quickly, and marketing demand-gen campaigns are fully maximized.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to align on ICPs, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Leverage Technology: Utilize Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and AI-driven prospecting tools to scale productivity and performance.
  • Report & Scale: Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership, and establish a scalable SDR model that evolves as our EMEA footprint grows.
  • Be Hands-On: Roll up your sleeves when needed—whether it's refining outreach messaging, jumping on prospecting campaigns, or supporting at events and trade shows.
