Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and organized Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle for a high volume of small business accounts. This role is responsible for prospecting, pipeline management, closing, and assisting with outreach efforts to key enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is passionate about helping customers simplify complex compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all steps of the sales pipeline for small business accounts — from initial outreach, short demo & closing.
  • Work toward a 1-call close model where appropriate, demonstrating urgency and value in every interaction.
  • Own closing activities including creation and execution of sales agreements, ensuring all documents meet internal approval requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and progress in CRM.
  • Manage an estimated book of 100 assigned accounts per quarter starting in Q3.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to help set appointments with difficult-to-reach enterprise-level contacts.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the speed and efficiency of the sales cycle while delivering a positive experience to prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or SDR experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or compliance technology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and meet activity/closing targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot is a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote-first team.
  • Prior experience in government contracting, construction, or Payroll/HR technology is a plus.
