Fractional HR Consultant – On-Site | Beloit, WI & Rockford, IL
HRBoost is seeking an experienced and adaptable Fractional HR Consultant to provide dedicated, on-site HR support for a client with facilities in Beloit, WI, and Rockford, IL. While some remote work may be possible, a strong on-site presence is required to effectively support HR operations across both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR procedures, policies, and best practices
- Support recruiting efforts and provide guidance on effective hiring processes
- Advise on employee relations matters, with attention to legal compliance and business impact
- Leverage HR systems and platforms to support HR functions efficiently
- Partner with leadership on performance management, employee engagement, and talent development
Qualifications:
- Proven HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards is highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while also building strong relationships with on-site leadership
Compensation: Starting range $34/hour, with potential for future consulting opportunities and growth within our network.
