MLOps Engineer

The MLOps Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models. This role works closely with data scientists and ML engineers to streamline workflows, automate processes, and ensure the scalability and reliability of ML systems in production environments.

Day to day, you'll...

• Design, implement, and maintain robust ML infrastructure and tooling
• Automate the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of ML models in production
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to streamline model development and deployment workflows
• Monitor and troubleshoot ML pipelines, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Support team members through code reviews and shared best practices
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of MLOps processes

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Work Experience:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with software development practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams

It would be even better if you also had...

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and Azure DevOps

Pay Range Information: The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.

Pay Range: $91,000.00 - $145,600.00/Yr.
