Sr. Onsite Support Technician
This position is onsite client in Rio de Janeiro - RJ
Activities and Responsibilities:
- Activities related to videoconferencing, Digital Signage and live events;
- Planning, organization and execution of all phases of the event;
- Event formatting, surveying Briefing, developing and defining solutions, tools and platforms;
- Management of speakers and guests of the event;
- Supervision and monitoring of the assembly of events;
- Management of the production team in large events.
Video Conferencing and Digital Signage:
- Support and installation of video collaboration rooms and equipment;
- Testing of connection, speed and network quality;
- Analysis and monitoring of the network, QoS, MPLS, internet link and all the resources that make up the video collaboration environment;
- Monitoring and support for the video collaboration environment.
All services:
- Troubleshooting incidents, issues and crises;
- Development of educational materials, guides and training;
- Relationship with suppliers;
- Request and control of budgets;
- Follow-up of demands;
- Indicator management: analysis of KPIs;
- Updating environments;
- Control and update of the environment's inventory;
- Warranty activation;
- Equity and capitalization;
- Preparation of documents and technical and managerial reports;
- Homologation and PoC of new solutions;
- Identification and resolution of problems quickly;
- Support in the implementation of new technologies;
- Coordination of suppliers, defining roles and responsibilities.
Education: Completed higher education or in progress. Preferably in Technology.
Language: English (desirable).
Tools, Platforms and Infrastructure:
- Collaboration platforms: MS Teams, MS Viva Engage, Zoom and Microsoft 365;
- Notions of Network Topology (TCP/IP);
- Collaboration Environment, video collaboration rooms and auditoriums;
- Video collaboration solutions and infrastructure (Zoom, Poly, Microsoft, etc.);
- Digital Signage Solutions;
- Monitoring/Management Platforms: Zabbix, Pathview, MS Poly Lens, MS Teams Admin Center, Microsoft Admin Center, Zoom Portal;
- Knowledge in information security: basic principles of data protection and access.
Desirable:
- OBS, Wirecast, Vmix and other commercial encoders;
- Power BI;
- MS Project;
- Knowledge of network topology (TCP/IP), firewall, DHCP, DNS, QoS, MPLS and VLAN;
- Digital Signage: Onsign TV, Magic INFO;
- Frameworks and Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, among others.
