The PCL tools coordinator will work on developing system process flows and act as a conduit between business operations team and Tools development teams.
Understands a broad spectrum of HP technology to provide part or all detailed technical design which meets customer requirements and provide technical leadership on specific integration activities that are part of an engagement.
Provides planning and design support for asset / fleet management and refurbishment services for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.
Work closely with varied stakeholders to identify areas of efficiency, streamline processes and design optimal operational flows.
Independently identifies solutions to common and complex issues within a project, by applying Software development principles and applying methodologies.
Good understanding of Service management tools like Service Now Tool Architecture, workflow tools namely Microsoft Dynamics (CDAX).
Must work closely with Clients to understand their business requirements and translate the requirements to user stories for HPNOW development and support team.
Collaborate with delivery operations on CSI efforts by addressing process Gaps, implement process improvements, and eliminate waste from the system.
Report defect in tool functionality failures and work closely with Dev team until the fix is moved.
Handle Story sprints and ensure the new functionality is tested thoroughly and approve for code movement.
Should be able to map process flows during new Services introductions and process re-engineering.
Demonstrated experience for process re-engineering.
Knowledge on PC Lifecycle processes involving End to End Service Request Management & Fleet Management including procuring PCs, asset monitoring, updates, disposition etc is an advantage.
High level understandings of System Integrations, API & SaaS App Architecture.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.
