Onsite Support/Project Manager

This position is onsite client in Rio de Janeiro - RJ. Junior or mid-level professional able to share their expertise and knowledge to help the business, achieve its goals and solve problems. Knowledge in project management, initiatives and formulation of solutions on a subject or specialty.

Activities and responsibilities:

  • End-to-end activities, related to services: Digital Signage, videoconferencing and live events;
  • Relationship with suppliers;
  • Request and control of budgets;
  • Follow-up of demands;
  • Briefing survey and specification of IT projects;
  • Indicator management: analysis of KPIs;
  • Preparation of documents and technical and managerial reports;
  • Implementation of new technologies;
  • Monitoring of the assembly of rooms and video collaboration equipment for events;
  • Homologation and PoC of new solutions;
  • Communicate clearly and directly, both in Portuguese and English;
  • Identification and resolution of problems quickly;
  • Coordination of suppliers, defining roles and responsibilities;
  • Creation of content and presentations for executive committees;
  • Lead and conduct planning meetings;
  • Control activities based on the scope and organize them in the form of a schedule, reporting their evolution;
  • Define, schedule and manage team activities;
  • Identification, control and mitigation of risks;
  • Definition of solutions, tools and platforms;
  • Ability to negotiate, deal with uncertainties and live in a hostile environment;
  • Creation of executive summaries, as well as contextualization capacity, exposition of scenarios and reports;
  • Build, lead and be responsible for the management of deliveries;
  • Monitoring of budgets and expenses; Initiatives to propagate changes and improvements, identifying the main market references and executing benchmarks;
  • Map, analyze, design and propose continuous improvement of corporate processes through the team under your responsibility.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the activities listed.

Education: Bachelor's degree with specialization in Project or Process Management.

Language: English (oral, written and reading) required.

Tools, Platforms and Infrastructure: Microsoft 365; MS Project, Visio; Power BI; Notions of Network Topology (TCP/IP); Collaboration Environment, video collaboration rooms and auditoriums; Process methodology; Agile Framework: Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, among others.

Desirable: Video collaboration solutions and infrastructure (Zoom, Poly, Microsoft, etc.); Digital Signage Solutions; Knowledge of network topology (TCP/IP), firewall, DHCP, DNS, QoS, MPLS and VLAN; Digital Signage: Onsign TV, Magic INFO; Frameworks and Certifications: ITIL Foundation, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, among others. Proven certification in PMP.
