The inside sales rep (ISR) is a critical part of the account team. Working closely with an outside Account Executive (AE), the ISR will help support the selling motion for HP hardware and solutions by owning the quoting process, customer roll outs and assisting with pipeline management. Additionally, the ISR is responsible for selling products such as peripherals and headsets into named accounts. Fluent in French and English is a requirement for this role covering Enterprise customers in Quebec.
Develops a solid understanding of the organization's offerings, key features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers. Provides product configurations and pricing tailored to the customer requirements. Identifies and qualifies potential leads, gathering relevant information and documenting details in the CRM system. Participates in promotion campaigns, effectively conveying special offers, discounts, and promotions to potential customers. Collaborates with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Applies standard policies for following up on customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and addressing concerns. Strives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals. Contributes to pipeline management and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and outcomes. Participates in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
Recommended Education & Experience: High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field. Preferred Certifications: Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)
