It is responsible for the maintenance of machinery and building maintenance, keeping track of preventive, planned, and corrective maintenance programs, in addition to supporting continuous improvement tasks.

Interact with Quality Engineering to establish manufacturing compliance according to customer engineering specifications.

Implements different engineering systems to improve each manufacturing area.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Institution.
Minimum 10 years of Engineering experience in manufacturing.
Minimum 2 years of Engineering Managerial Experience.
Prefer the bachelor’s degree in Engineering is in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering, from an accredited institution.
Master’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
Experience in a high volume, discrete manufacturing environment, formed and/or metal components.
Engineering experience in the aerospace fastener industry or Automotive industry.
Demonstrated experience with customer interaction.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Experience managing capital budgets.
MS Office, Auto CAD, and Oracle computer packages (Preferably).
Interpretation and Reading of Plans.
Knowledge of implementation systems of engineering improvements.
Advanced Business Conversational English.
