Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring a full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support KIPP Texas Connect Primary. This role begins ASAP and runs through the end of the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Details:

• Location: Virtual (Houston-based students)
• Start Date: November 17, 2025
• Duration: 36-week contract
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $60/hr (Bilingual: $63/hr)
• Modality: Fully remote
• Caseload: 50–60 students (max 70)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct virtual speech therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
• Participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings
• Submit quarterly progress reports
• Maintain accurate and timely service logs
• Supervise assigned SLPA

Requirements:

• Active SLP licensure in Texas
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Current CPR, TB screening, and health certificate (if applicable)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Minimum age: 18
