Overview
Find your passion and purpose as a Senior Director HR Service Line. This remote position covers California, Illinois, and Colorado. The salary range is $140,000-$155,000 plus bonus, based on experience. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Be the Best Senior Director HR Service Line You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Bachelor's Degree required; candidates with a Master's Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, strongly preferred
- Minimum 7 years HR and/or OD experience in generalist, business partner and/or management roles with a solid track record for delivering results with experience in all HR functional areas combined with a strong emphasis on organizational effectiveness and leadership development
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
- Demonstrated success serving business clients, and experience in developing and implementing change initiatives
- Adept with performance management and investigations
- Preferred candidates will have previous experience in a healthcare setting and/or a consultative selling organization
- Proven experience serving in both strategic and operational HR roles
- Highly effective project management skills with a complete understanding of business process and the ability to integrate multiple resources for integrated solutions
- Ability to be successful in the face of adversity by making and executing tough, but necessary, HR decisions for the business
- Strong talent assessment skills with the ability to identify leadership potential in candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
The Senior Director, Human Resources (Sr. HR Director) serves as a strategic HR business partner across our Home Health, Personal Care, Palliative, Corporate, and Hospice divisions. This role is a key stakeholder responsible for driving and implementing HR initiatives that strengthen business outcomes and organizational health. The role is a trusted advisor who collaborates with leaders at all levels within the organization to ensure best practices are adopted, HR projects and programs are delivered timely, and key deliverables are met within specific timelines.
- Work closely with business unit leaders of one or more service lines to proactively improve work relationships, build engagement, and increase productivity and retention
- Analyze trends using data metrics and analytics in partnership with the HR COEs to develop and implement solutions, programs, and policies
- Partners with leaders to drive success of performance management, compensation, talent management, leader development, engagement and retention, coaching and counseling on HR policies and regulations, succession planning, employee relations, and organization design within the specific assigned division and region
- Execute & assist in the development in talent strategies that support company growth, engagement, and retention
- Maintain an independent perspective and voice within designated teams to proactively support key strategic initiatives and shape the direction of company culture to align with AccentCare's growth plan
- Works as an industry leader, leveraging HR expertise in addition to advanced knowledge of the industry trends, best practices, and labor legislation
