Food Service Worker

Eurest is hiring immediately for full time Food Service Worker positions. Location: Chevron DT Enh Amen - 1400 Smith Street, Houston, TX 77002. Schedule: Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview. Prior food service experience is preferred. Willing to train, benefits, and paid holidays! Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available. Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $15.50 per hour.

Job Summary: Prepares, presents and serves food as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include performing prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables. Weighing and measuring designated ingredients. Carrying pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Storing food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures. Cleaning work areas, equipment and utensils. Distributing supplies, utensils and portable equipment. Utilizing approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control. Serving customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service. Resolving customer concerns and relaying relevant information to supervisor. Ensuring compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures. Assuring compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements. Performing other duties as assigned.
