Job Title
Manage incoming sales inquiries and accurately enter customer orders into industry-specific software. Interpret blueprints and develop an understanding of applications for various industrial materials to ensure the right products are matched to customer needs. Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a customer-first mindset and consistently striving to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
Strong engineering aptitude with the ability to quickly learn technical applications. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Industrial gasket experience is preferred and will be recognized in compensation.
