As part of Hostinger's Data Analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data models that power strategic decision-making across the company. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with other engineering, product, and business teams to ensure the organization can access and analyze data with speed, accuracy, and clarity.
Design, build, and own the core data models and infrastructure that define how Hostinger accesses data. Partner directly with teams across the business to understand strategic needs and translate them into scalable data solutions. Set the standard for analytical excellence. Your expertise in query building and modeling will be the benchmark for timely, efficient, and usable data. Continuously audit and refactor existing data models. Pursue elegant, clean code relentlessly. Innovate relentlessly. Your mission is to make Hostinger's data accessible, high-quality, and a distinct competitive advantage.
Proven experience designing and building data models that make analytics fast, consistent, and reliable. Strong SQL skills - you know how to write efficient, readable, and maintainable queries. Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouse platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Synapse. Experience with dbt (or a strong interest in learning it quickly). Python or general programming experience. Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred) and a collaborative approach to reviewing and improving code. Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. A "no job too small" mindset — you take ownership, roll up your sleeves, and help get things done.
