Job Title

Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Bucharest, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain's other sites.

What We're Looking For

• Education and Qualification: Higher education in the technical field. Fluent in English.
• Would be nice to have experience in automotive industry in a similar role.
• Personal Skills: Project management, organization, leadership, cross-functional management, negotiation, good communication, good capacity of analysis and syntheses, client orientation, resistance to external stress.

What Will You Do

• He/ She will manage the QDCP convergence of projects;
• He/ She will coordinate RAP (Review Advance Project) meetings, the agenda, chairman of the RAP P3 meetings and delivers the RAP meeting minutes;

• Competences:

• Technical knowledge of PWT conception and tuning;
• Product and process knowledge;
• Knowledge of vehicle functionality;
• Syntheses capacity, team work and transverse management;
