Responsibilities:
This position reports to our Corporate Manager of Customer Service and will work closely with all other Customer Service Supervisors. The individual may be expected to answer emails on the weekends should an issue occur with a customer order. This person will be expected to take part in an on-call rotation for night and weekend work.

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for the Supervisor – Order Processing and Customer Service position is between $74,325 - $104,050 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
