What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates
- Manage inbound & outbound shipments
- Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized
- Monitor inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
- Partner with buyers & leadership to solve problems
- Look for ways to make processes faster, smarter, and more efficient
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Flexible to support different shifts as needed
