Technician Support Professional

As a Technician Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to provide exceptional support to our customers. You will resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction through your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

You will report directly to our Technical Support Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.

In this role, you will impact our technical support operations by delivering high-quality solutions to our customers, thereby enhancing their experience and loyalty towards our products and services.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Interaction – Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat; act as the first point of contact; gather details to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Application Support – Troubleshoot application issues, assist with setup and configuration, provide user training, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Website Support – Guide users through navigation, ensure content accuracy, report technical issues, and support updates of online resources.
  • Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve technical issues using appropriate tools, document steps for reference, and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Team Collaboration – Share knowledge, participate in team meetings, and contribute to ongoing training and skill development.
  • Reporting & Documentation – Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, prepare reports on recurring issues, and support improvements to service strategies.
  • Customer Feedback – Collect and relay customer feedback to management and assist in creating FAQs and support documentation for common inquiries.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Expertise in relevant technologies and products.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with various technical support tools and software.
