As a Supplier Development Engineer being part of Strategic Sourcing team, you will be driving all key strategic initiatives for business and ISC. You will be responsible to approve and develop new and existing suppliers to required levels of performance expected by Honeywell and lead qualification of parts manufactured by suppliers, lead improvement of supplier productivity, safety, and quality for assigned suppliers, and develop & maintain relationships in order to improve partnerships between Honeywell & suppliers. As Honeywell's point of contact within the supply base, you will support transition and supplier development activities within your assigned geographical area. In support of a variety of supplier oversight functions, you will be spending approximately 80% of your time at supplier facilities.
