Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Build an effective team to drive service business growth to meet or overdrive the AOP target.

Defines sales strategy implementation plan for the relevant business area.

Drives the achievement of targets for the relevant regional and district sales teams through regular reviews, gap closing plans and other actions, as appropriate.

Evaluates offering against competition and recommends competitive differentiators.

Provides direction and leadership to direct reports.

Develops relationship with existing and potential key customers.

Supports major opportunities in conjunction with the other regional and district teams.

Networks effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts.

Drive the implementation and usage compliance of all BA sales processes and tools.

Provide team performance reports on a regular basis.

Drive sales performance through appropriate measures and incentives.

Developing/hiring sales team members.

Identifying training/talent upgrade requirements.

Effective performance management of the sales team.

Coach sales team members to higher levels of performance.

Assist in the closing of all significant orders.

Closely work with Project Vertical team, operation and functions to drive service business growth.

Qualifications:

Business or technical degree.

Industry related sales experience.

Proven track record as a sales leader/manager driving the sales process.

Experience building successful sales teams.

Strong industry experience. Must understand customers and markets.

Strategic thinking and strong execution bias.

Excellent customer focus mindset and can drive break through growth.

Excellent team working skills, communication and presentation skills.

Strong coaching and influencing skills. Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and influence without formal authority.
