Engineering Operations Role

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering operations, helping to drive innovation and improve processes that enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Setup test benches and test equipment.
  • Operate general purpose test equipment – IE multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Function generators.
  • Procedural & SOD reading.
  • Product Integration testing.
  • Product Troubleshooting.
  • Product Verification and Validation.
  • Prepare Test Documentation.
  • Communications skills.
  • Test Data recording & entry.
  • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.
  • Operate/Test with environmental test equipment such as thermal chambers, rate tables and support vibration and TVAC testing.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Associate degree in related field.
  • 1+ years of troubleshooting experience
  • 1+ year relevant electronics experience

  • Experience with Inertial Guidance Systems/Sensors Test.

  • Ability to correctly & efficiently carry out product testing.
