Job Title

We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Account Manager to join our Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA) group.

Responsibilities

Actively connect with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty; Serve as the friendly face of our company, fostering a welcoming atmosphere in all client interactions.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the account portfolio; Implement innovative strategies to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Collaborate with clients to create dynamic and strategic account plans that align with their growth objectives; Balance multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Promote our products with enthusiasm, showcasing their benefits and ensuring customers understand how our solutions can meet their needs; Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations that captivate clients and spark interest.

Participate in negotiations and successfully close deals that bring mutual benefits to the company and clients.

Maintain robust communication with internal teams to relay customer feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement.

Promote and sell our DCS solutions, articulating their advantages in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing processes for clients; Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase market share, focusing on DCS offerings.

Qualifications

Strong and effective communication skills are essential for building relationships and achieving desired outcomes.

Ability to convey enthusiasm and positivity in interactions with clients and team members.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in industrial automation, particularly in engaging with technical and engineering backgrounds.

A knack for influencing stakeholders at varying levels within an organization and the ability to collaborate effectively.

A vibrant personality that thrives on networking and building robust professional relationships.

A strong passion for business development and achieving targets with a positive mindset towards growth.

Proficiency in English is preferred to ensure effective communication within the organization.

Keen interest in learning new technologies, especially those related to lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles, and the ability to promote these technologies compellingly.
