Cloud Infrastructure Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS for web application hosting (Web apps, Function apps, Storage accounts, SQL, VMs).
- Deep understanding of networking as it relates to no public IP infrastructure and Hub-Spoke Topology (Private endpoints, VNets, Firewalls, NSG, Load Balancing)
- Manage DNS configurations
- Certificate lifecycle management
- Oracle administration
- Collaborate with security team to implement industry standard cloud security practices (IAM, SSO, WAF, Endpoint Protection, Secure Architectural Design)
- Ensure high availability and reliability of the cloud systems.
- Automated Build Pipelines:
- Design, implement, and manage automated build pipelines and release processes using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment strategies and manage software delivery processes.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and conduct root cause analysis during outages or performance issues.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Create and maintain documentation related to cloud architecture, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to equip team members with the necessary skills and information.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Propose and implement best practices for DevOps processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to DevOps.
