To strengthen our team in Volketswil, we are currently looking for a dedicated "Servicetechniker / Field Service Technician (m/w/d) Building Automation".

After a thorough training in our systems and your tasks, you will work as a service technician in the building automation sector. Your area of responsibility covers mainly the eastern Switzerland and central region.

Your tasks

As part of an engaged and motivated team, you are responsible for the efficient handling of the assignments assigned to you. Your main tasks include:

• Maintenance of control systems and parts of the building automation and security technology
• Troubleshooting and fault search as well as correction of malfunctions
• Readiness for on-call duty
• Customer service and coordination of all measures for contract maintenance. Advising customers on remodeling, renovation, and expansion work. Processing and resolution of customer complaints. Instruction and advice to customers.
• Programming of PLC, MSR automation systems, and implementation of DDC programs including commissioning and functional checks
• Energy optimization of existing systems taking into account daily operations
• Support of the service and project manager
• Ensuring compliance with all Honeywell policies / HSE guidelines

Your profile

• Completed training as an electrician, automation technician, or with comparable orientation
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of building automation
• Experience in service activities and in the programming or commissioning of MSRL systems and MSRL control strategies
• HLKS and system knowledge are required
• Confident demeanor in dealing with customers
• Self-initiative, creativity, flexibility, team spirit, and organizational skills
• Driving license class B
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing, English language skills are advantageous
