Service Engineer - Intern

As a Service Engineer - Intern here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining advanced building automation systems. You will assist in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Istanbul, Turkey location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and efficiency of building automation systems that help customers maintain safe, energy-efficient, and sustainable facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation equipment and systems.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site.
• Document service activities and report findings to the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in engineering or related technical field.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems relevant to building automation.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, control systems, and software used in building automation is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on technical environment.

• Advanced studies in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Internship or project experience in building automation or related industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of programming or software tools related to automation systems.
