As a Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives within the Building Automation unit. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities in areas such as access control, commercial security, and Building Management Systems.
You will report directly to our Sales Director and work remotely in São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer support.
Qualifications You Need
Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills with experience managing a team of up to 10 people.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish is desirable.
Experience in channel management and direct sales.
Experience in sales of building automation systems, especially CCTV, BMS, and access control systems. Knowledge of Honeywell solutions and products is a great advantage.
Based in São Paulo/SP with availability to travel.
