Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the HR Services function to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees and managers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery
Provide guidance and support to the HR Services team on HR issues
Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify and address HR service needs
Qualifications
Knowledge in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Fluent English
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality HR services
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
