IT Customer Support Specialist

As an IT Customer Support Specialist, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT support services, ensuring that our customers' needs are met promptly and professionally. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will report directly to our IT Manager and you'll work in our Santiago de Chile location, with an on-site work modality.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely information
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to address customer concerns and improve processes
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Providing product and service recommendations to customers based on their needs
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions

Qualifications

You Must Have

  • 3 to 6+ years of experience in IT customer support or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field such as Computer science or IT engineering
  • IT Knowledge
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Networking knowledge, IP, etc
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • Knowledge of operating systems
  • Office 360 knowledge
  • Experience configuring hardware and software systems
  • Help desk support experience
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  • English proficiency
