Intern-Service Engineer

As an Intern-Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining advanced technological systems, supporting senior engineers, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your technical skills and understanding of service engineering within a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will report directly to our Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Istanbul, Turkey location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of Honeywell's service operations by assisting in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior service engineers in installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell products and systems.
• Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues and ensure timely service delivery.
• Document service activities and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering or related technical field
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and eagerness to learn service engineering practices
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software used in service environments, along with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using technical documentation and ability to follow safety and quality standards

We Value

• Enrollment in or completion of advanced engineering degrees such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Internship or project experience related to service engineering or technical support
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
• Knowledge of Honeywell products and technologies is a plus
