Job Profile - Field Service Engr II-Reliance PAN India, RGPL, PIL, HPCL

Description:

Engineer should have minimum 5-8 years of experience working on DCS/PLC/Scada system

Engineer is expected to carry out preventive maintenance / corrective / emergency maintenance visits at customer sites on DCS/PLC/SCADA systems -RIL VMD, PMD HMD-Baroda and Terminals (Bhopal, Haldia, Kanpur, Rewari, Chennai), RGPL-Bhopal & PIL-Mumbai and Hyderabad

Preventive Maintenance –Backup, Modification, Report Submission, Supervision of system Cleaning of existing running system.

Possess fluent oral & written communications skills

Pipeline generation in RIL plants-NMD DMD JMD FPSO VMD DMD PMD Terminals, RGPL, PIL sites

Technical offer preparation, discussion of TQs with customers, closing the technical offer and TQ points, prepare technical solution in coordination with Solution Architect, involve with Proposal and estimation team.

F&G domain knowledge (field and control system) is preferable and added advantage.

Understand customer needs & extend Service Support at site / remote for prompt issue closure ensuring adherence to Honeywell Process and Quality matrices.

Should be able to plan site visits as per agreed SLAs with customers.

Required travel 70% to 80% of the time anywhere in the above-mentioned locations

Be available 24x7 for support during exigencies.

Candidate will have to keep himself technically updated by completing the assigned trainings.

The candidate will need to Build, Develop & Sustain Customer relationships with effective Customer management.

The job will involve Executing Service projects and migrations and will demand long stay at customer sites.

Constantly probe opportunities for migrations, add-ons & work seamlessly with customers to reduce their pain areas by pitching-in the right solution

ISO, HSE, commercial guidelines and all Honeywell Process compliance is must.

Be a single point contact for all customer needs for designated customers.

Added advantage if knowledge of Honeywell System

Politeness and good communication skills are required during interactions.

Leave process and frequency should be followed as per the standard regional process.
