The role is designed to oversee both service and project responsibilities, ensuring the seamless delivery of Honeywell's offerings to customer sites while aligning with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for revenue and margin goals. The incumbent will play a key role in servicing customer locations by upholding contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs), aimed at maximizing client satisfaction and minimizing downtime through exceptional support.
