Honeywell is looking for Apprentices who will be trained in 24 months as Advanced Field Service Engineer HVAC for the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division based in Sesto San Giovanni (MI).

Your responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and service interventions on Honeywell and third-party equipment, including building integration systems via BMS, such as HVAC and energy. • Provide proactive and measurable results for customers, with particular attention to occupant comfort, energy consumption, and building asset performance, using Connected Service and EBI technologies. • Be available and perform activities according to agreed shifts and instructions. • Install EBI, prepare graphics, and perform the necessary programming activities of HVAC controllers according to specifications. • Perform HVAC, energy, and cyber/ICT audits remotely and/or on-site to recommend savings and risk mitigation strategies to end customers. • Perform preventive maintenance checks on Honeywell systems and occasionally non-Honeywell systems. • Perform corrective maintenance activities and Break & Fix interventions on Honeywell systems and occasionally non-Honeywell systems. • Implement continuous maintenance using Honeywell tools and processes, providing contributions to continuous process improvement. • Provide comprehensive reporting to customers with analysis on building performance, upgrades, and recommendations to improve both service teams and customer efficiency and economic results.

Must have:

• You are less than 29 years old and possess a Technical Diploma or a Three-year/Five-year Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or related disciplines • You learn quickly • Fluent Italian and English • Basic knowledge of thermodynamics • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems • Basic knowledge of LAN networks • Basic knowledge of cyber security guidelines • Basic knowledge of IoT devices • It is important to have a technical background • Strong motivation to develop your career in an international company
