Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
2+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for process optimization.
Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in leading process improvement projects.
Ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in advanced manufacturing.
