We’re building a world-class growth team that combines creative excellence, deep empathy for our clients, and rigorous testing and analytics to scale the company to its full potential. This role sits at the heart of that effort.

You’ll work closely with Honeydew's Head of Growth (an ex-McKinsey consultant), driving special projects, growth initiatives, and overall growth strategy. It’s a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of a high-growth health tech company while working alongside creative, analytical, and mission-driven teammates.

This job blends the best of traditional consulting skills — structured problem-solving, data analysis, stakeholder management — with hands-on exposure to creative and brand strategy, marketing and growth, and strategic partnerships.

You’ll report to our Head of Growth (Connor Kreutz) who’s based in New York City.

We're offering a salary range of $120,000-140,000 for this role, as well as:

In a typical week, you might:

  • Lead growth initiatives that cut across product, marketing, and operations.

  • Map complex patient acquisition systems and identify high-leverage opportunities across the funnel.

  • Level up our data & insights capabilities translate learnings into actionable tests and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to develop messaging and concepts that resonate with clients.

  • Work directly with Honeydew leadership to set priorities and refine our growth roadmap.

It’s a role for someone who’s excited by the mix of strategy, creativity, and execution — a fast learner who wants to build, test, and scale something meaningful from the ground up.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Top-tier consulting experience: 2–4 years at a leading consulting firm with a strong track record of promotion and advancement.

  • Systems thinker & problem solver: Skilled at mapping a complex acquisition funnel, gathering and analyzing data, making strategic recommendations, and designing and implementing practical solutions.

  • Collaborative leader: Kind, thoughtful, and persuasive teammate who fosters a strong, positive team culture, builds buy-in across stakeholders, and leads with empathy and clarity.

  • Mission-driven mindset: Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people—motivated by impact and purpose.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with marketplace businesses or complex consumer services (insurance, fintech, medical, real estate, etc.).

  • Background in consumer-focused research, discovery work, or other roles that require interviewing and empathizing with people from diverse backgrounds.

Location: NYC or willing to relocate to the New York City area. This is a hybrid role. We expect you to be in-person at our NoMad office 2-3 days a week.
