Job Purpose
The PSP, PE & Marine Sales Specialist role is responsible for maintaining & developing fleet sales processes in the commercial and government sectors for PSP, PE and Marine equipment. Developing strategies and initiatives focused on Dealer level engagement driving Fleet awareness, focus and execution is key in this role. This position works strategically with the Fleet Sales Unit Manager, to identify opportunities, maintain awareness and increase execution of Fleet focused initiatives in the PSP, PE and Marine networks. This role will also be responsible for supporting the Powersports Fleet Sales Support position as needed. Working w/ internal stakeholders (e.g. field teams, senior management, dealer groups and dealers), implementing and overseeing continued development of Fleet programs specific to the dealer and distributer network. Additionally, this role will develop and maintain key business relationships with external partners and customers to support the Fleet Sales growth initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Work independently and in conjunction w/ the Fleet Sales Unit Manager to identify new opportunities and maintain continued growth of dealer engagement in the existing PSP network.
- Assist the Fleet Sales Support team with RFP and claim administrative processes.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies targeting PSP, PE and Marine.
- Serve as the first line of response for product questions, availability, documentation, and post-sale coordination.
- Develop and maintain reporting for outbound activities, external customer engagement efforts.
- Support Field Teams with Fleet Related training and awareness efforts.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience
- Proficient in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficienc in SAP/Business ob·ects and/or MS SQL
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of powersports dealership operations
- Strong analytical, written/oral communication, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with both intra-department and intra-organization contacts
Other Job-Specific Skills:
- Ability to lead (with and without designated authority)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Powersports, PE & Marine Products: Honda and Competitive
- Experience in developing presentations and presenting to large groups
- Results driven, strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Travel budget management

- 50% travel required
