Junior Sales Progressor
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Progressor to join our Accounts Success Team. This is a key role assisting our conveyancing operations, ensuring smooth and timely progress of property transactions from offer to completion.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple conversations confidently. Prior experience in a call centre, customer service, or property-related environment would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the conveyancing team by managing day-to-day progress of property transactions.
- Chase other side solicitors for updates, outstanding documents, and responses.
- Liaise with management companies to obtain required information and ensure timely replies.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, documents, and updates.
- Assist with onboarding new cases, ensuring all information is accurately recorded.
- Keep detailed records of all correspondence and progress updates.
- Provide a high standard of customer service at all times.
Growth & Development Plan
This role is designed as an entry point into the conveyancing and property sector, with clear progression paths based on performance and interest.
Within 12–18 months, depending on capability and experience gained, the Junior Sales Progressor can progress to one of the following paths:
- Conveyancing Operations Track:
- Move into a Conveyancing Support role, assisting fee earners with more complex file management and legal documentation.
- With further training, progress towards becoming a Fee Earner / Case Handler, managing cases independently under supervision.
- Sales & Client Relations Track:
- Transition into a Sales Executive or Client Onboarding Specialist role, handling inbound leads and building agent or client relationships.
- Later, move into Account Management or Business Development, focusing on scaling relationships with estate agents and referral partners.
Training, mentorship, and structured learning will be provided at each stage to ensure professional growth and confidence.
