Homewatch CareGivers of Yorba Linda, a growing non-medical Home Care business is seeking a Human Resource/Recruiter candidate. This individual will be responsible for all human resource duties including recruiting, interviewing, hiring/terminations, onboarding, orientations, compliance, etc.
The Human Resource & Recruiting Coordinator must have at least 3-5 years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience in the Home Care, Home Health, Assisted Living, and/or Hospice industry.

Understanding State of CA statutory and administrative rules to ensure compliance

Ability to pass all background screening
3+ years Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, and/or Assisted Living HR/Recruiting experience
