This role supports the fast paced strategic growth of Home Chef's e-commerce business, with a key focus on supporting growth via new customer acquisition. The Sr Associate, Brand Marketing works closely with the Brand Director and other cross-functional teams internally at Home Chef to bring the brand to life across media channels in a way that drives growth. This includes assisting in the execution of multi-channel (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Direct Mail, Affiliate, Influencer, TikTok, Email, etc.) creative requests, including timeline development and communicating with key stakeholders to see projects through to completion. Additionally, this role researches and builds creative strategies for new channels, leads cross-functional campaigns, populates reports and leverages customer feedback to improve acquisition efforts.
