- The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving organic growth across non-paid channels, enhancing Homebase's visibility in the SMB space. - The role involves balancing traditional SEO with emerging strategies across various platforms, including Google and YouTube. - The manager will own Digital PR, first-party data, backlinking, programmatic SEO, and key SEO content to drive brand and non-brand growth. - Collaboration with a team of specialists, including a Technical SEO Consultant and Content Lead, is a key aspect of the role. - The position requires ensuring site health and optimizing for crawling, indexing, and ranking on search engines and emerging platforms. - The manager will work on creating a highly functional sitemap in partnership with the Content Lead and CRO Lead. - The role emphasizes the importance of building trust with the small business owner and manager audience through organic experiences. - The candidate will be expected to manage month-to-month budgets and communicate program efficiency to stakeholders.

- The ideal candidate has 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing generalist, organic growth, content, or SEO role, particularly in B2B SaaS. - A strong passion for SEO is essential, with knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies. - The candidate should possess full funnel thinking, understanding that organic performance extends beyond just clicks to include page experience and revenue generation. - They must be accountable to quality, ensuring that their work centers around small business owners and enhances their experience. - Authority-building skills are important, with experience in running backlinking or digital PR programs being a plus. - The candidate should be excited about the future of search and have innovative ideas on leveraging AI in organic channels. - A strong analytical mindset is necessary, with the ability to assess opportunities and communicate program efficiency to stakeholders. - Curiosity and resourcefulness are key traits, along with a genuine care for the small business community.
