We are seeking an Account Executive who is passionate about empowering small businesses. In this role, you will contribute more than just making sales; you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, thriving on both team-based and individual performance targets.   • Team-Based Sales Cycle Management: Collaborate with your team members to handle various stages of the sales process, ensuring a cohesive flow and collective accountability towards both individual and team quotas.

  • Revenue Contribution: Meet and strive to exceed both individual and team sales targets through diligent follow-up, unrivalled customer engagements, and effective utilization of sales tools.

  • Consultative Selling: Employ our proven Homebase Sales Methodology to conduct thorough sales discussions, pinpoint customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Process Adherence: Diligently follow prescriptive sales processes designed to reach customers with the right message at the right time, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in sales operations.

  • High-Volume Customer Interaction: Maintain robust engagement with clients and prospects through frequent phone calls and emails, actively listening and responding to their needs.

  • AI-Enabled Selling: Experiment with AI tools to optimize prospecting, outreach, and workflow efficiency, sharing insights with your team to continuously improve the sales process.

  • 2+ years of selling experience, with a keen interest in growing in SaaS Sales.
