We're looking for an Account Executive to help small businesses adopt and expand their use of Homebase's suite of workforce management tools. In this role, you'll work directly with owners and operators to understand their day-to-day challenges and guide them toward solutions that save time, reduce friction, and help their teams run better.
You'll manage a high-velocity sales motion that includes discovery, product education, and closing—often within short sales cycles. Success in this role comes from consistency, strong customer conversations, and the ability to balance efficiency with empathy.
This is a hands-on role within an established sales organization, where you'll contribute to revenue growth while helping shape best practices through real customer insight.
