At the moment, we are looking for a Banking Operations Specialist German Speaking With Team Lead Growth Path to strengthen our Berlin team!

This is what a day in your new job could look like:

As a Banking Operations Specialist German Speaking With Team Lead Growth Path, you will be part of our international Banking Operations Team and work closely with your colleagues in Berlin and Helsinki (Holvi’s headquarters). Together, you will ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will mainly focus on external requests and grow into a leadership role.

Your tasks:

• Operative Excellence: Handling requests in the areas of enforcement, insolvency management, recall of payments, and requests from authorities
• Processes & Compliance: Support in defining, maintaining, and implementing processes in accordance with our compliance guidelines and standards
• Data & Reporting: Support the team in collecting and analyzing data to develop processes. Also, help in creating reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
• Learning & Mentoring: You actively learn from the current team lead, take on new responsibilities, and prepare for your transition into the leadership position

This job could be a good fit for you if:

• You have German at C-level in both spoken and written form, as well as secure English skills
• You already have experience in the financial or banking sector and are familiar with topics such as insolvency, enforcement, and the handling of third-party requests
• You enjoy taking on leadership roles or want to develop in this area
• You are an organizational talent with strong communication skills
• You are a proactive and curious person who enjoys learning new things and working with technical and operational teams
