Consignment Fleet Support Manager
The Consignment Fleet Support Manager is responsible for supporting the Consignment Business and CES Team members. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
Essential Functions:
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Acts as the primary contact for internal and external customers, Sales Force Team, ASRs, GCRs, UE Reps for items related to the Consignment Program
- Coordinates the purchases and sales of the Consignment Program, including credit releases, logistics, monitoring work orders, etc.
- Assists with (COTI) management and documentation when necessary
- Participates in trade-in evaluation meetings and UE Fleet pricing sessions
- Research UE Purchases/Consignment machines (history, build sheets, cat facts, etc.) and performs all aspects of inventory functions with applicable software
- Creates reports from holtused.com and coordinating sites and provides proactive recommendations to meet/exceed Consignment and department goals
- Reconciles Consignment listings in a timely manner
- Organizes all assets within the CES program for best visibility to our sales force and our customers
- Creates Financial Reporting for all items related to the CES Program
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of construction equipment sales industry
- Knowledge of business accounting principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Intermediate computer and related software applications skills
- Intermediate MS Office Excel and PowerPoint skills; Advanced MS Word skills, Monday.com, COTI, Sales Force
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to interact with tact and courtesy and maintain a professional manner
- The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three or more years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Travel:
- Up to 10% travel may be expected
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
- This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Occasionally moves materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Routinely reacts to visual, auditory, and other signals, including alarms and instructions, and is required to visually inspect work
Work Environment:
- Regularly works indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
- Occasionally works outdoors and may be exposed to weather extremes conditions that include inclement weather, heat, cold, and humidity
- Frequently works at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions
