Service Advisor Position at Holmgrens Fritid

Holmgrens Fritid is one of Sweden's largest retailers of recreational vehicles and is part of the Holmgrens Group. We are located in Öggestorp outside Jönköping, as well as in Värnamo, Västervik, and Växjö. We offer both new and used caravans and motorhomes, and our workshops provide service, troubleshooting, testing, and damage repairs.

About the Job

As a service advisor with us, you will help our customers lead safer lives with their recreational vehicles through drive and commitment. Together with your colleagues, you will create an atmosphere in our customer reception that impresses our customers!

Main responsibilities:

• Meet customers in person and over the phone
• Sell, manage, and invoice workshop services, spare parts, and accessories
• Plan the workshop's daily operations
• Handle warranties and insurance claims
• Ensure that colleagues in the workshop have the right parts for their work
• Perform exchange tests, moisture tests, and simpler service jobs
• Team leader role for the workshop and customer reception

About You

You build good relationships and have the ability to find the right solutions for customers. With your own drive and positive energy, you create work joy and function well both independently and in a team.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a customer-facing role with administrative tasks. You enjoy varied days and can handle unexpected situations with a solution-focused approach. You have good organization and are used to working in several different systems daily. It is desirable but not required to have experience with the Cabas system. If needed, you should be able to assist with practical aspects in the workshop, so we are looking for someone who is skilled in crafts. Experience in similar work is meritorious but not decisive – what is most important is your willingness to deliver a first-class customer experience.

In this role, you will also be a team leader with the mission to contribute to good planning and structure and to support colleagues and build the team – all to help us achieve our goals together. Having previously led others is meritorious, but what is most important is your desire and commitment to grow into the role.

The position is full-time and a permanent job starting with a six-month probationary period. A B driving license is required.
