Service Manager

You are a leader who develops employees through a coaching approach. You lead your department professionally with care for both customers and employees, guided by the company's core values. You are driven by working towards clear goals and have the ability to prioritize between strategic and operational work to best support the business today and tomorrow. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of planning the business and sees the potential in working process-driven. Through responsiveness, clarity, and collaboration, you lead your team, and follow-up is a priority for you.

We see that you need to have at least three years of documented leadership experience, preferably from a customer-oriented business. Your leadership is most important to us - we provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to get into the business.

In Vetlanda, an experienced team of automotive technicians and service advisors work together with three colleagues in car sales. As a service manager with us, you will have the opportunity to develop as a leader in a company with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a coaching leadership style. Together with your team, you have the ambition to give every customer who comes to Holmgrens Bil in Vetlanda a safe and welcoming place to get professional help with their car.

In your daily work, the main focus will be on coaching and developing your team and being responsible for the department's customer satisfaction. You drive the daily operations within service and workshop and will also participate in the daily operational work with service advice and inventory management. As a service manager, you have your own budget, result, and personnel responsibility and report to the plant manager.

In your role, it includes: Facilitating costs, following key figures, and optimizing profitability. Ensuring customer and employee satisfaction. Ensuring Holmgrens Bil's concept, implementing centrally made decisions, and collaborating with our central business support units.

Holmgrens Bil in Vetlanda is an authorized workshop for the brands Hyundai, BMW, MINI, Nissan, Ford, and MG.
