While the position is based in one of our four West Coast offices, travel throughout the US and Canada will be part of the role. Your Impact

• Lead mass timber project teams from concept through construction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in the US market
• Design complex mass timber structures including CLT, glulam, and hybrid systems

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

• 8+ years of experience, 5+ years of timber engineering experience
• PE or P.Eng.,SE preferred.
• Seismic design experience
• Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAP, equivalent finite element software
• Advanced MS Excel and Intermediate MS Word
• Knowledge of mass timber systems
• A knack for leading teams and mentoring others
• Outstanding time management and financial management abilities
• Innovative mindset with ability to promote new ideas with sound business potential

Compensation

Estimated starting salary at $160,000 - $205,000 CAD + biannual profit share bonus potential ($120,000 - $150,000 USD)

This amount is an estimate. Salary will be commensurate with experience/skills and location.
